Georgian cuisine is nice. I loved it's dishes its known for. Gachapuri may be my favorite of the country. It's heavy food, and flavors I give it an 8. But atleast I rank it above British, Dutch and such cuisines. But well behind the worlds best cuisines in the wider region (many around Mediterranean)

Georgian food is pretty decent. I tried gachapuri, Xinkali and some walnut-eggplant things etc. It's pretty good. I put it behind more established cuisines, but it's a beautiful addition to the cuisines of the world

To answer the question on your thumbnail: if we go to an Ethiopian restaurant, most of us tend to order 1. Kitfo 2. Tibs 3.beyaynetu/vegetarian platter (usually for the Orthodox Christians when they’re fasting from dairy and meat) 4.Quanta firfir 5. maybe some sort of alicha wot (usually mutton aka beg wot) *a lot of us with high standards know not to order Doro wot at a restaurant, especially if we know how to make it lol

Pêche au Thon is literally a troll dish. Pêche having 2 meanings in French and combining them as a dish is absolutely a joke. Belgians ... you're weird ...

I totally get buffalo chicken pizza being the fave! Its my favorite also.
